We also assess the feasibility of building and operating a viable missional roasting business. Appraising the assets, both human and material, we see if there is a true fit for the synergy required for FireTrade to ignite and thrive. Among these appraisals is the availability of top quality organic Arabica coffee beans and the potential for developing relationships with the coffee growers themselves. Equally important to the power-free, wood fired roaster, is the availability of a sustainable, renewable source of wood.
